At theIrvine, we provide a 30-day window for returns on all premium electronics to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for hardware integrity, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
